It looks like a female because of the huge blue eyes and long eye lashes. It also sounds like a girl. BUT, it usually does all the things that a boy would do. I'll have to call it a boy.

Tweety bird always talks in a high squeaky voice so I allways assumed it was a girl

Granny's pets are all male anyways, and Tweety was attracted to a female bird in one episode, which was really only Sylvester's painted finger.

tweety bird is 100% a guy he acts like a girl and looks and tlks like a girl but he is a guy.( thats his choice, maybe something happened you know i dont want to get into that) ok i have a question if anyone watches Americas next top modle i dont often but when i do is that judge guy thing a girl or a guy cause it looks like a guy but they refer to it as a she and ms. so ya just wondering.
