just that hitler led germany in time of need and it went bad, with the camps and killings
Hitler had all Jewish people put in concentration camps b/c they were Jewish and a ton of people died.
i know a little bit. we had to read the book number the stars in 5th grade, and ive read anne frank. i also know a lot about the nazis and the allies because my papa fought in world war 2.
and was a terrible time for people not of the views of the dictator Hitler.
I know that many many innocent people were killed, simply because they were different religions. It caused many of those people to hide from the world so they wouldn't be found and brought to concentration camps and worked to the death amd starved.
The Germans treated Jewish people very badly in concentration camps during the holocaust

i know tht it was a horrible time for the jewish people and tht Hitler was in charge and tht the ideal person in the eyes of hitle was someone with blonde hair and blue eyes
difficult time for Germans as most of them were forced to be part of the Nazi regime.
I already know that is when Jews were mercilessly murdered and put into concentration camps... They were barely given food and rarely bathed. It was a cruel time when gas chambers, incineraters, and dark rooms filled with torcher were in play with the world... Adolf Hitler was the start of this cruel time. He dished out plains of suffering and never let the pressure off until he was taken down. The holocaust was an ugly bitter time. I know more but I'm not gonna go and blabber on.....
I have a book written and signed by Anne Frank's step-sister, Eva. It's interesting. There are pictures and a lot of very interesting information about life at the concentration camps. It's really very sad, and very, very few survived to tell their tale.
auschwitz was one of the most famous camps, and lots of people still have numbered tattoos from those camps.
I think if you had blonde hair and blue eyes you weren't forced to go to the camps
The Holocaust was where Hitler killed many jews and many people of other race such as Polish. He betrayed a treaty between the soviet union and attacked Russia, Poland, and many more. I Also know that theConsentration camps kept people working until they killed them for experiments. I know more things but i dont want the list to go on to long

Yeah i know it was a big time for radios because hitlers speeches were broadcasted. I know the jews were treated horribly. The german soldiers marched through the streets chanting and some blonde hair blue eyes people were left alone.

6 million jews died in the hollocaust because they did not have the qualities of an ideal German(blue eyes blonde hair) The ironic thing is Hitler was persecuting them for this but he himself had brown hair and brown eyes. Also the papers in Germany at the time Published pictures of jews with really big noses.

I know that Hitler and the Nazi would take jewish people into concentration camps and brutely torture them. For example telling the people that they're going to take showers but instead putting them into gas chambers. They gave the people little or no food. Like a peice of incredibly stale bread for three days.

It was when Hitler ruled people unjustly because they were "different and wrong" in his eyes. He killed any "immoral" people in a very horrifying and cruel way, making them suffer for no reason. It seems like he was being cruel because he was scared to lose that power. He tried to keep it anyway he could...

I know a little bout the hollocaust, when Hitler has the consentration camps with all the jewish people and how he had so much power and controlled all of Germany.

well the holocaust involved hitlers reign on havin all jews die when he was a jew himself which is disgraceful toward his race. He killed any one without the qualities he approved of, and he ruled over all nazis losing wwii at the time anyway! he as mentionedd by an early commenter but it was also out of my knowledge, killed around 6 million jews.
They had a lot of weapons and a lot of people were killed. I cant believe you had to look a certain way so you would not be killed. It was unfair and I don't think that was necessary. People had to hid and be afraid and this really was depressing. This is the depression time. Too many people died all over the world.
Like everyone else said, the Germans (i prefer Nazis) tortured and killed Jewish people in Concentration Camps. Methods of killing included gasing and other stuff (unfortunately). Jewish people also went into hiding.
Hitler wanted to controll the world. The U.S. steped in after the boming on pearl Harbor.
I know that Hitler killed his secretaries kids. He also put drops of cocaine in his eyes each morning to turn them yellow.

The followers of Hitler were called Natzis. Hitler only wanted people to have blonde hair and blue eyes (he didn't even have blonde hair and blue eyes). Jewish people were persecuted and sent to concentration camps where most of them died.
Hitler was a power crazed person who discriminated against jewish people. He put them in concentration and death camps and took the lives of innocent people because of their beliefs (and physical traits like hair color). He wanted absolute control of the world and tried to exercise his power by controling the jewish people.

Jewish people affected by the Holocaust moved to Holland to hide from the Nazzis. The Nazzi sign- i forget what its called was taken as a mirror image from the early crusaders symbol for bringing peace and hope. The peace symbol is found on the door of Bascilica systern in Turkey- a landmark fought over by both christians and muslims
Hitler was a very bad man who discriminated against Jews, and sent them to concentration camps. People at concentration camps had a bar code printed onto their arm. At the concentration camps, the families were seperated, and then killed in very cruel ways.
Hiter and the natizy sent many jews and other people he concited to be inferior to concentration camps and death camps over 1 million jews were killed. it happended during WW2.
I also know that it is a mojor time of mourning from the millions of deaths that occured, and of the ways that they were killed. Almost all Jewish people were put into the consentration camps, but others were bombed, confronted with unleashed gases, had their homes burned down, and died because of lack of food and water and necessities while hiding.

Adolf Hitler would study the ancient Aryans, who had blond hair and blue eyes. He took their sign, the swastika, and adopted it as the symbol of the Nazis, his followers. then he took jews out of their homes and sent them to concentration camps, where they were tortured and brutally murdered (sometimes the showers the prisoners took were poisonous. Yow.)

Well I know that the Holocaust went on during WWII. Hitler, the dictator of Germany at the time, discriminated normally against anyone who didn't have blonde hair and blue eyes. He also discriminated agaisnt Jews, Blacks, and Gays. Hitler himself, though had Jewish heritage, but did not beleive or follow this religion. Also Hitler himself did not have blonde hair and blue eyes. He put Jews into camps where they worked themselves to death. If they didn't work then they were shot, gased, whipped , or multiple other punishments which ended almost always with death. All in all Hitler was completely insane and killed millions of people in his insanity. It was a very sad time in the history of mankind.
I also know that America got involved in the war after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. They dropped two Atom bombs on germany and japan.
I also know that the Nazis were ultimately defeated in Soviet Union after having to battle with Greece for 3 months instead of the 6 weeks planned to be spent taking them over. When the Nazis went to take the Soviet Union ,but all the weaponry, tanks, gernades, etc. froze during the Russian winters which have very low temperatures example is -30 degrees Fahrenheit.
That's interesting, Greg; I didn't know about those things in the last paragraph about Greece. That's very interesting. Where did you learn that bit?
